We perform carton drop tests and check sealing to ensure products will survive the journey to the customer without damage.
4 Barcode Verification
We scan FNSKU labels with professional scanners to ensure they are readable and placed correctly, preventing lost inventory at FBA.

    FAQ – Product Inspection

    What is AQL Inspection?
AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) is an industry standard for sampling. Instead of checking 100% of units (which is expensive), we inspect a statistically significant sample size to determine the overall quality of the batch.
Do you check 100% of the products?
By default, we perform AQL sampling. However, if you require a 100% inspection (for high-value items or previous failed inspections), we can arrange that for an additional fee.
What happens if defects are found?
We document every defect in the report. If the number of defects exceeds the AQL limit, the inspection "Fails". You can then use our report to negotiate with your supplier for rework or replacement.
